By road. Drive.
The first time I drove to Kabale, there was heavy duty road work going on between Mbarara and destination. I recommend that you schedule your trip under the same conditions. Spend, as we did, a couple of hours sludging and crawling and grumbling through dust, pits, pots and the kind of UNRA ugliness that made all the miyayu leave Kyebando.
Yeah. There hasn't been a muyayu in Kyebando since the Northern Bypass construction. Each one said it "can't even," and left.

Gwe.
That is beautiful. You don’t understand. My infatuation was immediate and absolute and I instantly began to text my PA in Kampala.
"Bree, how do I find a house broker in Kabale? I want a flat, but on a hillside. Yeah. All my packages from Bazebo, just send them here. I’m going to sell the car, so find me a gullible buyer. Purchase a horse to replace the car and have him or her shipped to me here in Kabale within a week. Also, update my Tinder profile. Change of location must be noted. Tell mum and dad I love them but I’m not coming back."
However, in a few hours, I had to follow this text with another:
"Please disregard previous message."
Because, Kabale is gorgeous. But Kabale is cold.
By midnight, I wondered if I was wearing ice. Was I having episodes? Had I blacked out, placed a tube of Vaseline Intensive Care lotion for men in the deep freezer, then, an hour later, taken it out and slathered my stupid body with it? It was plausible.
Air alone does not feel like this. This kind of cold is semi-fluid. This is viscous cold.
Say, "Tell me more, Baz," and hit this link for the next bit.
